Our Approach

Personalised, evidence-based care

Every client is met with a tailored plan grounded in established, internationally recognised therapeutic methods.

Outpatient Care

Flexible 6-week outpatient programmes that fit around your life. Sessions happen in our office, your home, your office, or in nature — wherever supports your recovery best.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

An evidence-based approach that helps you accept thoughts and feelings rather than struggling against them — building a life aligned with your values rather than ruled by your addiction.

Motivational Interviewing

A collaborative, person-centred conversation style that strengthens your own motivation for change — drawing out your reasons for recovery rather than imposing them.

How important is it to you to do something about your problem?

Confidential, compassionate care — usually responding the same business day.
