Recovery852 offers consultation and assessment, outpatient rehab services, the 6-Week Recovery Wellness Programme, the 6-Week Family Recovery Programme, 1-on-1 Recovery Coaching, and the Recovery Wellness Retreat. All services are provided by appointment only. We reserve the right to decline service or refer a prospective client elsewhere where, in our professional judgement, that is in the client's best interest.
Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are cash, PayMe, and bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.
Recovery852 operates a no-refund policy — once a programme has commenced, fees are non-refundable regardless of attendance or completion. Please review the consultation outcome carefully before committing.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full at our discretion. Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for rescheduling.
