The 28-day outpatient addiction programme is ideal for clients who cannot go to rehab due to work or family commitments. It provides clients with connection, correction, and direction — supporting people who are seeking to make healthy and responsible life choices.
The programme essentially addresses the client's bottom-line behaviours and vital areas, including relapse prevention, SMART goal setting, trigger management, and the development of a recovery-focused culture. It emphasises stress management, communication, work-life balance, spiritual principles, core values, mindfulness, self-care, and healthy activities and relationships.
The 28-day programme consists of two 1-hour sessions or one 2-hour session per week, delivered through evidence-based modalities at our office in Causeway Bay or via Zoom for clients who are not based in Hong Kong. There is one follow-up aftercare session after the 28-day programme — nine sessions in total.
