Our licensed clinicians conduct personalised assessments, set achievable goals, and teach coping skills and relapse-prevention strategies drawn from Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
